Three wings, one standard,
one way of working.
Harbourpoint Hotels & Residences runs 24 keys on a single waterfront site: the Courtyard rooms around the garden, the Harbour Wing above the quay, and the Tower suites. Rates run from $265 for a Courtyard queen to $1,680 for the Tower residence, and the house sells every one of those keys off the same availability calendar.
A property this size lives or dies on handover. So we stopped running the floor on a whiteboard and a shared spreadsheet, and built the console instead: one shift board, one folio per stay, one housekeeping state per key. The front office, the floor and the revenue desk all read the same numbers, and the night audit closes against them.

The people who run the house
Rooms, revenue and housekeeping sit at the same morning meeting and work from the same board. The console was specified by the people below and changed on their say-so, not by anyone at a distance from the desk.

What changed on the floor
Spring
One availability calendar
The three wings came off separate sheets and onto a single 30-night calendar, with stop-sells and out-of-order keys visible to the desk the moment they are set.
Summer
The front desk board went live
Arrivals, in house, departures and turnover moved onto one live board. Median turn from departure settled to sellable now sits at 38 minutes across the estate.
Autumn
Folios closed at the night audit
Charges, payments and outstanding balances now sit on the booking itself, so the night audit reconciles against the same record the desk worked from all day.
